The mission of the James R. D. Oldham Elementary School is to foster an interactive partnership of parents, staff and community members working together with students to encourage and nurture a lifelong love of learning.  By creatively challenging students and having high expectations for all, we will establish an environment of educational excellence.  It is also our purpose to provide a setting where our students will feel safe, happy and welcomed.
